As an OT at OrbRom Center, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing children’s motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to enhance independence in daily activities.
- Providing therapy sessions to improve coordination, balance, and self-care skills.
- Working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent progress.
- Documenting progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Educating parents on strategies to support their child’s development at home.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping children develop life skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
