Job Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist at OrbRom Center, you will:

  • Assess children’s motor, sensory, and cognitive skills to determine their therapy needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s abilities and challenges.
  • Provide therapy sessions that focus on improving coordination, balance, self-care skills, and sensory integration.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support each child’s development.
  • Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure continued improvement.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child’s progress at home.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping children develop independence and essential life skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
