Vicki has been my mentor since my time as a Learning Support Teacher at ISPP — a period that shaped my values as an educator and strengthened my understanding of what inclusion truly means. Under her leadership, I learned that successful education goes beyond teaching; it’s about empowering students, guiding teams, and creating environments where everyone feels supported and valued.
Her leadership style has always been rooted in empathy, collaboration, and high expectations. Seeing her at OrbRom Center reminded me of those early lessons — that the best educators are not only skilled but compassionate, leading by example and inspiring others to do the same.
